This competition was initiated based on the order of the Internal Affairs Department of the Talas region No. 360, dated December 9, 2025.
The organization of the competition aimed to ensure equal opportunities for candidates for positions in the internal affairs bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, taking into account their qualifications, education, personal and moral qualities, as well as physical attributes.
The selection took place from March 10 to March 13, 2026, in accordance with Law No. 102 of July 25, 2019, "On Service in the Law Enforcement Bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic," and Government Resolution No. 51 of February 3, 2020, "On Issues of Organizing Service in the Law Enforcement Bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic."
- 97 people participated in the competition, of which 29 were unable to pass the selection.
