Representatives of the district emergency department noted that they have no information about this helicopter.
Local residents speculate that it could have been a commercial flight. The Ministry of Emergency Situations offers helicopter rental services for both individuals and legal entities on a paid basis.
The rental cost depends on the model of the helicopter. For example, an hour's flight on an "Airbus H-125" will cost 157,662 soms, while on an "Airbus H-145" it will be 262,770 soms. A heavy transport helicopter "Mi-8MTV," which is used for transporting large groups, is also available for rent, costing about 2,300 dollars per flight.
