In the feed market located in the Moscow district of the Chui region, a group of teenagers operating an electric tricycle poses a threat to road safety, reports Turmush correspondent.

In the village of Belovodskoye, which is the administrative center of the district, there is a market on Kolkhoznaya Street where livestock, feed, and other goods are sold. In December 2025, the livestock market was closed because it did not meet sanitary and veterinary standards. After that, local residents decided to expand the feed market and organize trade on a larger part of the street.

Prices for feed in the market vary: one bale of alfalfa costs 350–400 soms, straw — 150 soms, mountain hay — 280 soms, and one kilogram of silage — 9 soms.

“With the arrival of spring, the grass in the fields has not yet grown, and livestock is still kept in yards. There is enough hay in the feed market, but prices are high. We have to buy it, as a feed market is organized every weekend. In recent days, the number of teenagers operating electric tricycles has increased,” local residents share.

The teenagers who deliver feed and earn a living offer their delivery services to the village of Belovodskoye for 200–300 soms, and to Petrovka for 500 soms. Although no one condemns their desire to work, local residents are concerned that cars, including trucks, also move along the narrow street.

“It is dangerous when 12–15-year-old teenagers with no driving experience or knowledge of traffic rules ride electric tricycles. Who is monitoring this situation?” local residents express their dissatisfaction.
