Attending the event were the deputy akim of the district V. Murzalybekova, the national poet of Kyrgyzstan T. Sultanov, as well as relatives and fellow countrymen of Shamsi.
During the evening, participants discussed the life and career of M. Shamsi, his significant contribution to the education of youth, and his tireless love for knowledge, which served as an example for society.
The event was supported by the staff of the district cultural center named after S. Andabekov.
Mardanshin Shamsi was born in 1896 and passed away in 1959.
His final journey ended in Frunze, where he was buried at the Ala-Archa cemetery.
