At a recent ceremony for the laying of the capsule under the foundation of the new specialized kindergarten for children with disabilities "Үмүт чырагы," Deputy Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev noted that this institution will become an important source of hope for children and their parents.
Kasymaliev emphasized that the new kindergarten will provide all necessary conditions for the comprehensive development of children. The building will include sports halls, speech therapy rooms, and even a unique contact zoo.
“Thanks to the economic capabilities of our society and the support of like-minded individuals, we are actively implementing inclusive principles, creating conditions where no child will be left out of social life. This kindergarten is a symbol of our care for children. The construction of 'Үмүт чырагы' with unique conditions for children with special needs is a great joy for both parents and society. I want to express my deep gratitude to Artvin Development LLC, which is investing about 4 million dollars in this project. The start of construction of such an important social facility in the holy month of Ramadan is a true sign of humanity and compassion,” noted Adylbek Kasymaliev.
It is worth noting that a ceremony was held in Bishkek for the laying of the capsule under the foundation of the kindergarten "Үмүт чырагы," which will include a modern two-story building with an area of 3,570 square meters, designed for 250 places.
