“Since the beginning of 2026, two houses in the region have been damaged, and citizens have been paid 82 thousand soms,” he reported.According to the results of 2025, the total amount of payments for all types of insurance amounted to 2 million 329 thousand soms. Since the beginning of the current year, this figure has reached 1 million 627 thousand soms.
As reported by Nurlan Abdykeev, director of the branch of the State Insurance Institution in the Issyk-Kul region, in 2025, 37 houses in the region received payments totaling 1 million 586 thousand soms.
“In the Issyk-Kul region, 99,495 residential properties are registered. Citizens' responsibility for housing insurance has significantly increased compared to last year. The largest number of insured houses is located in Karakol. Our agents and inspectors also work in the districts and cities of the region, who go to the sites to assist citizens in arranging insurance. House visits are conducted, and we plan to continue trips to district centers and village councils for explanatory work,” the director added.
