According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region, Gulbarchyn, born in 2004 and residing in the village of Luxembourg, city of Kant, left her home on March 14, 2026, and did not return. This incident was registered at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district, after which law enforcement agencies promptly began search operations.
During the investigation, officers from the Issyk-Ata district were able to determine the whereabouts of the missing person. On March 18, 2026, Gulbarchyn was found at the Osh market in Bishkek.
Her mother confirmed the information that her daughter is safe: “Our daughter has been found in Bishkek. Her condition is satisfactory,” she reported.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are working to clarify all circumstances related to the girl’s stay in the capital, after which she will be handed over to her relatives.
