He noted that nine sites in the Jalal-Abad region are being transferred under the control of the Ministry of Construction.
“The reason for this step was financial violations and discrepancies in the documents. Construction companies will continue their work; however, contracts will be reviewed, and cost estimates will be recalculated,” the minister added.
In response to journalists' questions about the lack of control from the Ministry of Construction, Oruntaev explained:
“Currently, we are investigating the situation. Our specialists did not have access to these sites, and the financial documentation was not provided. This was a result of information concealment. Legal violations are already taking place.”
When journalists inquired about the necessity of cooperation with the city authorities, the minister replied:
“We should have worked together with our Ministry and its employees, but this work was not done.”
