As reported by the head of the Ak-Talinsky district statistics department, Altynbek Andashev, the campaign is being conducted in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on conducting the agricultural census and the order of the Ak-Talinsky district state administration to prepare for this event.
Specially trained specialists are involved in the census process, working alongside employees of the district statistics department. The objects of accounting include:
- agricultural land;
- livestock;
- farm buildings (sheds);
- enterprises and small workshops for agricultural production;
- agricultural machinery;
- poultry.
For the effective implementation of the campaign, one authorized representative, one chief specialist, and two coordinators have been appointed for the district. The distribution of personnel across the rural districts (ayil okmotu) is as follows:

For the implementation of this campaign, funds have been allocated from the local budgets of the ayil okmotu:
Ala-Buga - 100,000 soms;
Kara-Burgon - 80,000 soms;
Baietov - 100,000 soms;
Togolok Moldо - 200,000 soms.
These measures are aimed at obtaining accurate statistical data, which will serve as the basis for further planning of the agricultural sector's development in the region.
