In Naryn, 100 meters of chuchuk and 5 cauldrons of beshbarmak were prepared

For the celebration of Nowruz in Naryn, 100 meters of chuchuk and five large cauldrons of beshbarmak were prepared, which were then distributed to the residents of the city.

This information was provided by a Turmush correspondent.

Four horses were slaughtered to create the traditional dishes.

The beshbarmak consisted of 300 kilograms of noodles, of which 50 kilograms were made by hand.

For the 100 meters of chuchuk, kazy obtained from the same four horses were used. An interesting feature was that the chuchuk was prepared together with the rib section.
