More than 20 representatives from various media organizations of Kyrgyzstan arrived in Tajikistan to participate in a five-day press tour. The delegation included correspondents from publications such as KNAI "Kabar," NTRK, ElTR, "7th Channel," as well as Kaktus.media, Super.kg, Tazabek, Nomad TV, and Region TV.
On the first day of their visit to Dushanbe, the Kyrgyz participants took part in the celebration of Nowruz. In the "Bogi Iram" park, a diverse program was organized for guests, including national traditions, games, and a concert. The organizers noted that such celebrations take place throughout the country and last for 15 days.
During the subsequent events, journalists will become acquainted with the cultural landmarks, socio-economic achievements of Tajikistan, and the work of local editorial offices.
It should be emphasized that this press tour became possible thanks to agreements reached during the state visit of President Sadyr Japarov to Tajikistan on July 8-9, 2025. The leaders of the countries agreed on mutual visits for the exchange of experience among media personnel. Previously, Tajik journalists also visited Kyrgyzstan.
