At a press conference at the "Kabar" agency, the chairman of the board of OJSC "Ala-Too Resort," Zharkynbek Maksutov, announced an auction that will attract both local and foreign investors, providing all participants with equal conditions.
“It is important to note that for domestic investors (citizens of Kyrgyzstan), the plots will be transferred into private ownership, while foreigners will be able to lease the land for 49 years,” he added.
Let us remind you that the previous auction, which took place in July 2025, concluded with the determination of winners for 14 out of 49 lots. Construction work on these plots began immediately after the auction results; however, in winter, which lasts up to 7 months in Jyrgalan, it was suspended. The active phase of work will resume in April.
The auctions are conducted on an electronic trading platform organized by the State Agency for Management of State Property and are available on the official website.
