It is reported that the attention of foreign investors to the 'Ala-Tuu Resort' has significantly increased, according to a press release from the state enterprise 'Ala-Tuu Resort'.
As part of this process, the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and Head of the Department for Preparing Decisions for the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Azamat Kadyraliev, along with the director of the enterprise, Jarkynbek Maksutov, held a meeting with investors from China at the site of the future resort, where they familiarized themselves with the ongoing construction work.
The Chinese partners emphasized the active development of infrastructure, including the construction of roads, a cable car, and water supply facilities.
After inspecting the area, the investors expressed interest in participating in the second stage of the auction for land plots for the future village of 'Jyrgalang'.
We remind you that the first stage of the auction for land plots for the first phase of construction of the 'Ala-Tuu Resort' zone, located in the rural area of Khan-Tengri in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region, took place in July, during which local investors won 14 lots.
As part of the second stage of the auction, another 35 land plots will be offered, intended for the construction of 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels, as well as apartments, VIP cottages, an ethno-village, restaurants, cafes, and other commercial facilities. If a foreign investor wins a lot, the plot will be leased for 49 years, while local investors will receive the land in private ownership.
The auction will be held in an open and online format, allowing participation from both local and foreign investors, as well as representatives of construction companies, entrepreneurs in the tourism and hospitality sectors, participants in government procurement, and other legal and physical entities.
