The completion of the first stage of construction in the tourist town of "Jyrgalan" is scheduled for December 2026, when the Austrian company Doppelmayr will put six new cable cars into operation. This was announced during a press conference at the "Kabar" agency by Zharkynbek Maksutov, chairman of the board of OJSC "Ala-Too Resort".
Additionally, a month ago, a new contract was signed with the same company for the implementation of the second phase of the project, under which four more cable cars are planned to be built by the end of this year.
"We are doing everything possible to fulfill the tasks set by President Sadyr Japarov and aim to complete the first stage of construction of the tourist town of 'Jyrgalan' in December of this year," emphasized Zharkynbek Maksutov.
