OAO "Ala-Tuu Resort" has announced the second round of the auction dedicated to the land plots where the first phase of the large-scale resort area "Ala-Tuu Resort" is planned to be built. The event is taking place in the rural district of Khan-Teniri, located in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region. This was reported during a press conference at the "Kabar" agency by Zharkynbek Maksutov, the chairman of the board of OAO "Ala-Tuu Resort".
As part of the auction, 36 lots are up for sale, which include the necessary tourist and infrastructure facilities for the implementation of the "Jyrgalan" resort project. Maksutov noted that hotels of various categories — from 2 to 5 stars, apartments, an ethnic village, as well as restaurants and cafes are planned to be built on these plots, which will create favorable conditions for the development of the resort.
It is worth noting that at the previous auction, which took place in July 2025, winners were chosen for 14 out of 49 lots. Among the acquired properties were 5-star hotels, Scandinavian hotels, VIP cottages, and houses in the ethnic village, all of which found their owners among local investors.
