


The state enterprise "Ala-Tuu Resort" has signed a contract for consulting services with the Austrian company SkiMIS. This was reported by representatives of the enterprise's press service.
The director of "Ala-Tuu Resort," Zharkynbek Maksutov, and his colleague from SkiMIS, Matthias Schmidt, who has over 20 years of experience in managing and operating ski resorts in the Alps, Scandinavia, New Zealand, and Eastern Europe, signed an agreement to provide consulting services for the development of the ski resort.
"SkiMIS offers personalized consultations for creating modern winter tourist destinations and their efficient operation. Over the course of a year, the company will carry out all necessary construction work at the largest resort in Central Asia, including laying tracks, installing lifts, snow generation systems, snow removal, avalanche control, as well as organizing a ski school and entry-exit systems. Additionally, they will assist in joint planning and optimization of the architectural, technical, and operational aspects of the resort. Thanks to international experience, 'Ala-Tuu Resort' will be able to become a high-quality tourist destination," noted the press service.
As part of the "Ala-Tuu Resort" ski resort project, SkiMIS will provide deep expertise in the areas of conceptual design, operational planning, and implementation of practical solutions with a focus on achieving results.
"The company not only performs the functions of a traditional consultant but also provides comprehensive support in building the resort to international standards, ensuring the effective functioning of all processes, systems, and structures in daily operations. This creates conditions for a sustainable, economically successful, and fully operational ski resort, applying advanced international practices," emphasize the company representatives.
