Today at 9:00 AM local time, a flight from Phu Quoc Airport to Bishkek took off, carrying 180 passengers who had been waiting to return home for three days. The press service of "Aero Nomad Airlines" reported this incident.
While waiting for the flight, the airline, in collaboration with KOMPAS Touroperator, provided tourists with comfortable living conditions, including transfers and meals at hotels. Representatives of the airline and the tour operator were in constant contact with the passengers, informing them about the developments and changes in the schedule.
Leila Mahmudova, head of the KOMPAS Touroperator office in Bishkek, emphasized that throughout all three days, the company's staff were available for the tourists. "We interacted with our trusted travel agents, with whom we have been cooperating for many years. All 180 passengers were accommodated at the SONAGA beach resort hotel 5*, where three meals a day and transfers were organized for them. We tried to do everything possible for their comfort and safety. There can be various force majeure situations in our work, but what matters is how we handle them," she noted.
The General Director of the airline, Timur Aralbaev, added that in aviation, it is crucial to thoroughly check every detail before departure. "Haste can threaten safety, so we never compromise when it comes to the lives of passengers. The plane takes off only after a complete check of all systems, when our specialists are confident in its airworthiness," he stated.
It should be noted that the flight, which was supposed to take place on November 15, was delayed due to a technical malfunction. As a result, more than 180 citizens of Kyrgyzstan found themselves in a difficult situation and were unable to fly to Bishkek. Tentatively, a new departure was scheduled for the night of November 17 to 18.
