A video has surfaced on social media showing the minister with a cigarette in hand in a public area.
According to information from law enforcement agencies, they drew up a report regarding this incident in accordance with the law, and Niyazbekov paid a fine of 3,000 soms.
The ministry emphasized that the law must be followed by all citizens, regardless of their official position.
