Erlist Akunbekov, head of the Ministry of Agriculture, visited the village of Emgekchil in the Naryn region to study the current epizootic situation. This was reported by the ministry's press service.
During his visit, the minister, along with veterinary specialists, checked the condition of livestock farms and animals in the region. Akunbekov emphasized the importance of isolating sick animals and preventing the spread of infections.
Additionally, local veterinary services were instructed to enhance public awareness, promptly address issues, and take necessary measures on-site.
During the meeting with the residents of Emgekchil, important issues were also discussed.

The residents also raised important issues regarding the return of 634 hectares of land previously converted to pastures, as well as the need to ease conditions for creating cooperatives and financial support. Akunbekov insisted on the prompt resolution of these issues.
