According to the official statement from the press service of the State Agency for Management of State Property, Zamir Kenenbaev has been appointed as the first deputy director of this institution. This decision was made in accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, dated March 18, 2026, under number 208.

Graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn, obtaining diplomas in the faculties of law and economics, as well as in the field of customs affairs.
Work experience:
- worked in the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- held the position of chief inspector in the State Tax Service;
- was the chief inspector in the State Agency for Control over the Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol and Alcoholic Products;
- worked as an assistant director in the State Agency for Management of State Property;
- held the position of deputy director in the State Enterprise "Directorate for Management of Facilities" under the State Agency for Management of State Property.
