According to information from a Turmush correspondent, the main goal of the celebration was to promote the historical and cultural heritage of the city of Osh and the Sulaiman-Too mountain. The organizers emphasized the importance of the region as a strategic point on the route of the Great Silk Road, which has served as a bridge between various cultures for centuries.
An entertainment program was organized for the residents and guests of the city, which included an exhibition of local artisans' products, the sale of souvenirs, and the offering of national dishes. During the opening, there were also demonstrations of traditional sports and folk games, as well as information presented about upcoming plans and innovations for the tourist season.
Among the participants of the event were high-ranking officials from the region and city, representatives of the Osh regional branch of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan, as well as diplomats from the consulates of Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Experts in tourism, cultural figures, local craftsmen, students, and foreign tourists were also present.
The music of the celebration was performed by ensembles from the Osh Regional Philharmonic named after R. Abdykadyrov and other creative groups from the city.
