A 2-hectare plot of land, previously used as pasture and illegally held for two decades, has been returned in the Naryn region. This information was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Employees of the regional land and water supervision department identified the violation. The plot named "Karajeyk," located in the Bayzak rural district of the Jumgal district, was unlawfully transferred to private ownership back in 2006.
As a result of court proceedings, the district court granted the lawsuit of the Ministry of Agriculture, annulling the previous sales contract. The land now belongs to the state once again.
