“Currently, large-scale construction works are ongoing in the region, involving Chinese specialists. Since they are also drivers and participants in road traffic, we organized training for them on compliance with traffic rules. We provided materials in Kyrgyz and Russian, and the specialists working on the project will translate them into Chinese and explain them to the foreign workers,” the statement notes.
