According to information from the local municipality, certificates were awarded to 37 families in difficult financial situations who receive child benefits and were selected by the commission.
From 2022 to 2025, 345 low-income families in Talas have already received assistance under this program. Next year, the city will be allocated 68 new social contracts. The mayor of Talas, Nurgazy Asylbekov, attended the event and congratulated the participants, expressing hope that they would wisely manage the funds received.
“Within three years, you must leave the status of low-income, become successful entrepreneurs, and contribute to the development of Kyrgyzstan's economy by joining the ranks of successful businesspeople,” the mayor noted.
The "Social Contract" program is implemented in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 385 dated July 15, 2022.
