World Cup 2026: Uzbekistan to play against Portugal and Colombia

On the night of December 6, the draw for the final stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup took place in Washington, D.C. (USA).

As a result of the draw, 12 groups were formed, each consisting of four teams.

For the Uzbekistan national team, this will be their debut in the final tournament of the World Cup, where they found themselves in Group K along with the teams from Portugal and Colombia. The fourth opponent will be the team that wins the playoff involving the national teams of New Caledonia, Jamaica, and Congo.

The final part of the tournament will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026, and will be held in Canada, Mexico, and the USA.

Matches will be held in 16 cities, including in the USA — Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Seattle. Mexico will represent Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Monterrey, while Canada will represent Toronto and Vancouver.
