The idea to create this hall came from Kerez Ibraeva, the chairwoman of the Women's Council of the village. During the major renovation of the school’s basement, at the request of local residents, a special room was organized where women can engage in sports.
Classes in the new fitness hall are now held regularly. Despite the lack of a professional trainer, local resident Meerim Koichumanova conducts training sessions for women. Previously, she had to travel to Naryn to maintain her physical activity. “The fitness hall opened in 2023. Currently, 12 women are engaged on a regular basis. In spring, their number reached 32, and we even organized two groups. In summer, due to agricultural work and trips to the pastures, classes are suspended,” Meerim Koichumanova shared.
