In Osh, at the territory of the national historical and archaeological museum complex "Sulaiman-Too," the official opening of the tourist season took place today under the slogan "Osh and Sulaiman-Too — a bridge of trade and culture." This was reported by the city administration.
Representatives from the Ministry of Culture, local authorities, as well as consulates of Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan attended the event. Guests also included public organizations, tour operators, tourists, masters of folk art, and local residents.
An extensive program was prepared for the participants, including an exhibition of national dishes, a fair of artistic products and souvenirs, as well as a presentation of innovations for this tourist season. Special attention was given to excursions to the historical and cultural monuments of Sulaiman-Too. The event concluded with a vibrant concert program.
The organizers emphasized that the main goal of this event is not only to showcase the tourist potential of Osh and Sulaiman-Too but also to create a platform for international cultural exchange, attract tourists, and support local artisans.
