District No. 4. Order of candidates for deputies of the City Council in the ballot

On November 8, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums held a draw to determine the order of candidates on the ballot for the elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh across all 30 constituencies.

In constituency No. 4, 12 applications were submitted, of which 11 candidates were registered. The geographical boundaries of this constituency encompass the city of Nookat in its entirety, as well as the following rural districts: Belsky, Jany-Nookatsky, Gulistansky, T. Zulpuyevsky, Kara-Tashsky, Keneshsky, Kok-Belsky, Kyrgyz-Atinsky, A. Mirmakhmudovsky, and N. Isanovsky, located in the Nookat district. Additionally, the constituency includes the villages of Kichik-Alaï and Chogom from the rural district of Kerme-Toos in the Aravan district.

The numbers of the registered candidates on the ballot are as follows:

3 — Manarbek Esenbaev

4 — Nurbek Ilyazbaev

5 — Shabdanbek Amiraliyev

6 — Aigul Orozalieva

7 — Nadira Narmataova

9 — Nilufer Alimjanova

10 — Akhmedzhan Mamadumarov

11 — Artykbai Abdivaliev.
The candidates were also given the opportunity to use free airtime on state television channels and print space in official periodicals. Subsequently, a memorandum was signed among the participants of the electoral race.

The draw took place in the presence of candidates, their authorized representatives, media representatives, as well as public and international observers. Early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are scheduled for November 30, and the campaigning will begin on November 10.
