According to information from the Registry, three complaints were received by the internal affairs bodies of the Kara-Suu district from a resident of the village of Furkat, known as M. Asanov (identity not established), concerning possible cases of premature campaigning in favor of candidate Janar Akayev, who is registered in electoral district No. 8.
The applicant noted in his complaints that the former elder of the Datka rural area, Alymjanov, the elder of the village of Tashlak, as well as deputies of the Datka rural council, are campaigning for Akayev before the official start of the campaigning period.

After conducting an investigation, the internal affairs department of the Kara-Suu district concluded that there was no need to initiate criminal cases, based on paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code, citing the absence of a crime composition.
District No. 8 includes the following territories: the entire Madyy district, Datka district, and Bash-Bulak rural areas of the Kara-Suu district; Gulchin, Jany-Alaik, Tilektesh, Uch-Dobo-Alaik, Kurmanjan Datka, Jibek-Jol, and Pamir-Alaik rural areas of the Aylai district; as well as the entire Jekendinsky, Kashka-Suu, and Chon-Alaik rural areas of the Chon-Alaik district.
The early elections to parliament are scheduled for November 30. The country will create 30 multi-mandate districts, each of which is expected to elect three deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh.
