The Central Commission responsible for elections and referendums has entered information into the Register of Complaints and Violations regarding the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30.

According to the materials in the Register, the internal affairs bodies of the Nookat district received information about a possible distribution of money to voters in the Kenesh rural area by Shabdanbek Amirliev, who is running for deputy in district No. 4.

This report was registered on October 19 in the "Information Accounting Journal" system under number 02-040-2025-002472.

After conducting an investigation on October 20, the Nookat district internal affairs department decided not to initiate a criminal case, citing paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code, as no elements of a crime were established.

The boundaries of district No. 4 include: the entire city of Nookat, as well as the rural areas of Belsky, Zhany-Nookat, Gulistansky, T. Zulpuyevsky, Kara-Tashsky, Keneshsky, Kok-Belsky, Kyrgyz-Atinsky, A. Mirmakhmudovsky, and N. Isanovsky within the Nookat district, as well as the villages of Kichik-Alaï and Chogom from the Kerme-Tos rural area of the Aravan district.
