District No. 15. List of Candidates for the Housing Council with Order in the Ballot

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums held a draw on November 8 to establish the order of candidates for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh on the ballots for all 30 districts.

In district No. 15, 16 applications were submitted, of which 15 candidates were registered; however, one of them decided to withdraw from the elections.

The boundaries of district No. 15 cover the following settlements: fully the Kosh-Dobonsky, Ak-Jolsky, Sary-Cheleksky, and Kara-Kamyshsky rural districts, as well as the city of Kerben in the Aksy district. In the Ala-Buka district, the district includes the Airy-Tam, T. Baltagulov, and Intymak rural districts, as well as the fully Terek-Say and Kanysh-Kiy rural districts of the Chatkal district.

The candidates who will be presented on the ballot are listed under the following numbers:

2 — Adyl Umarov
3 — Mirgul Eshbaeva
4 — Aisarakan Abdibaeva
5 — Saltanat Abdibaeva
6 — Alisher Erbaev
7 — Rada Tumanbaeva
8 — Bektemir Mamyraliev
9 — Mirlan Myrzaev
10 — Azizbek Tursunbaev
11 — Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu
12 — Rahiya Onorbaeva
13 — Turgunbek Narimanov
14 — Jayloobai Nyshanov
15 — Zulayka Kulbaeva.

The candidates also received free airtime on state television and radio channels and print space in state publications.

A memorandum was subsequently signed among the candidates. The draw took place with the participation of the candidates themselves, their authorized representatives, journalists, as well as public and international observers.

The early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are scheduled for November 30, and the campaigning will begin on November 10.
