District No. 28. The order of candidates for deputies in the ballots has been determined

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums conducted a draw that determined the order of candidates on the ballot for the elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh. This event took place on November 8 and covered all 30 electoral districts.

In district No. 28, which includes the Jeti-Oguz and Ton districts, as well as the city of Karakol, 17 candidates have been registered out of 18 applications submitted. The number of voters in this district is 160,181 people. The geographical boundaries of the district fully encompass the city of Karakol, as well as the aymaks of the Jeti-Oguz district: Kyzyl-Suu, Orgochor, Barskoon, and Jargyldak, as well as the Kunchyghysh, B. Mambetov, Ula-Khol, and Ak-Terek aymaks of the Ton district.

The candidates who will be presented on the ballot are listed in the following order:

6 — Bolot Sagynaev
7 — Nurlan Ongoev

11 — Meerim Junushalieva
12 — Azamat Doroев
13 — Samatbek Ibraev
14 — Ainura Omorova
15 — Zhyldyz Asanakunova
16 — Akyl Kemelov.

In addition, candidates were allocated free airtime on state television channels and printed publications for campaigning. Later, they signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The draw was attended not only by candidates and their authorized representatives but also by journalists and observers from public and international organizations. We remind you that the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are scheduled for November 30, and the campaign will start on November 10.
