District No. 19. The order of placement of candidates on the ballots for the Housing Council elections has been determined.

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums held a draw to determine the order of candidates for the Jogorku Kenesh deputies on November 8. This event covered all 30 electoral districts of the country.

In district No. 19, 32 applications were submitted, of which 25 candidates were registered. The boundaries of the specified district encompass the following territories: Gavrilovsky, Zhany-Pakhtinsky, Nizhne-Chuysky, Manas, Voenno-Antonovsky, and Kun-Tuysky rural districts of the Sokuluk region, as well as MTU-106 (up to the ATR of the village of Novopavlovka), Ak-Orgo, Ak-Ordo, and MTU-103 Ala-Too in the Lenin district of the capital Bishkek.

The candidates are listed in the ballot under the following numbers:

In addition, candidates were offered free airtime on the channels of state television and radio companies and corresponding spaces in print publications. Subsequently, a memorandum was signed among the candidates.

The draw involved not only the candidates but also their authorized representatives, as well as media representatives, public, and international observers. The early elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are scheduled for November 30, and the campaign will start on November 10.
