There are 27 candidates on the list, however, two of them later withdrew from participation, and one did not have his registration confirmed by the Central Election Commission due to an ongoing criminal case related to drugs.
Below is an analysis noting that several registered candidates have familial ties with officials and municipal employees, both current and previously holding government positions. These connections span the prosecutor's office, city halls, parliament, regional administrations, and other government institutions.
District No. 1
Asel Nabiyeva, who works in the Jogorku Kenesh, is the sister of Nurkamila Nabiyev, who previously held the position of military prosecutor and prosecutor of the Batken region.
Chyngyz Ajibayev, a current member of the Jogorku Kenesh, is the son-in-law of Nurkamila Nabiyev, as he is married to his daughter. Asel Nabiyeva is the aunt of Chyngyz Ajibayev's wife.

Cholpon Sultanbekova, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh, is the widow of Bayaman Erkinbaev, who was also a member of parliament.

Ravshanbek Rysbaev, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh, is the brother of Rustam Mamanov, who previously served in the Jogorku Kenesh from 2000 to 2005 and worked as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister.
Abdibakyt Khamurzaev (candidacy withdrawn) is an employee of the prosecutor's office, dealing with law enforcement in the State Penitentiary Service. His brother is Abish Khamurzaev, a former mayor of Kyzyl-Kii and ex-plenipotentiary representative of the president in the Batken region.

Jalolidin Nurbaev, a current member of the Jogorku Kenesh, was deprived of registration due to a past criminal case.
Mirlán Nurbaev, a member of the local kenesh, is the brother of Jalolidin Nurbaev.
Eldar Sulaymanov, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh, is the son of Nurlan Sulaymanov, who previously served as Minister of Transport, a member of parliament, and an advisor to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Kurbanbek Aitbaev, the first deputy plenipotentiary representative of the president in the Osh region, is the brother of the director of the Aravan territorial hospital Kutmanbek Aitbaev.

Nurbek Alimbekov, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh, is the brother of former Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Davletbek Alimbekov. His other brother, Nurzaman Alimbekov, heads the Madyn rural district of the Kara-Suu region.

Zamir Yusupov, Deputy Mayor of Osh, is the son of the former first deputy plenipotentiary representative of the government in the Osh region Bayysh Yusupov.

Alisher Kozoev, a member of the VII convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh, has a brother Semetey Kozoev who is an advisor to the mayor of Osh Jenishbek Toktorbaev.

Ernis Toltoev, currently unemployed, is the brother of the head of the Internal Affairs Department of Kyzyl-Kii Mirbek Toltoev.
Yrgal Kadyralieva, currently unemployed, has brothers:
- Kanzhar Kadyraliev — a former employee of the prosecutor's office of the Osh region;
- Sanjar Kadyraliev — a former member of the Jogorku Kenesh, who died in 2009.
Daniyar Tolonov, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh, is the nephew of former member Arapbay Tolonov, whose son Rasul Tolonov is the deputy head of the protocol service of the President's Administration.
Sıymykbek Nurunbetov is the son of the honored teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic Baltagul Nurunbetov, who held positions as deputy governor of the Osh regional administration (1992–1994) and director of the National Historical and Archaeological Museum-Reserve "Sulaiman-Too" (2006–2010). His brother is Nurunbetov Ermek Baltagulovich, director of the Osh City Family Medicine Center.

Nurkız Kadyrbek kyzy is the sister of former member of the Jogorku Kenesh Nurzhigit Kadyrbekov.
Gulnara Baatyrova, currently unemployed, is the daughter of the head of the collective farm named after Karl Marx in the Uzgen district Marish Baatyrov and the sister of Karybek Baatyrov, deputy prosecutor of Osh.
Aaly Karashev, currently unemployed, is the son of statesman Azim Karashev, the son-in-law of professor and doctor of medical sciences Yrysbay Joldubaev, and his sister-in-law Indira Joldubaeva is a former Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic (2015–2018), and she is also the daughter of the younger sister of former Chairman of the Constitutional Court Cholpon Baekova.
Suyunbek Omurzakov, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh, has a brother Uluqbek Omurzakov who serves as a senior prosecutor in the Osh regional prosecutor's office; his sister Elnura Omurzakova works as an investigator in Nariman.
Kurmanqul Zulushov, president of the International Association "Kök-Börü," has a middle brother Ryskul Zulushov who previously headed the judicial department of the Osh regional court.
A candidate for the Jogorku Kenesh may be a citizen of Kyrgyzstan who is at least 25 years old on the election day, has higher professional education, has been permanently residing in the republic for the last 5 years prior to nomination, and has no criminal record.
