The boundaries of district 27 cover the following areas: the city of Cholpon-Ata, as well as the Toru-Aigyr-Tamchinsky, Shaiybek-Atinsky, J. Abdrakhmanovsky, and Sadyrakensky rural districts of the Issyk-Kul region. It fully includes the Karasaevsky, Issyk-Kulsky, Balbai, Karkyryn, and Tyup rural districts of the Tyup region, as well as the Khan-Tenirsky, Karakolsky, Altyn Arashansky, and Kydyrakensky rural districts of the Ak-Suu region.
Voting for the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh has concluded in Kyrgyzstan, with 460 candidates participating. The country is divided into 30 districts, from each of which three deputies will be elected based on the highest number of votes received. A gender quota is also provided: there cannot be deputies of only one gender in a single district — the options allow for 2 women and 1 man or 2 men and 1 woman.
