It is worth noting that in the previous year, production volumes were impressive: from January to September 2023, the output of sausage products in the country increased by 42.9% compared to the same period in 2022.

In terms of production volumes, Kyrgyzstan ranks high in the region, competing with Moldova, where 18.7 thousand tons were produced during the same period (data for January to August).
