According to information provided by the city administration, the building will be a three-story complex with a basement. The total area will be 5,199.19 square meters, and the project anticipates accommodating 560 students.
The school grounds will be landscaped with greenery, including a mini-football field, basketball and volleyball courts, a workout area, a children's playground, as well as asphalt and paving stone surfaces. A stormwater drainage system and access roads for fire safety will be provided.
Currently, masonry work is being carried out in the assembly and sports halls, and work has begun on the installation of the framework for the third floor. Construction of the football and basketball courts is ongoing.
The contractor for this project is the company OsOO "SK Lider House."
