The event was attended by the Minister of Education Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva, the Chairman of the National Commission on the State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Melis Murataliev, as well as heads of various structural units.
The discussion covered many important topics, including compliance with legislation on the state language, its use in administrative processes, improving the language competence of employees, as well as issues related to the language of instruction and education in educational institutions, the preparation of textbooks, and the professional development of teachers. Aspects of interdepartmental interaction were also considered.
Melis Murataliev, the Chairman of the National Commission, emphasized that the development of the language is inextricably linked to the education system, adding that to achieve these goals, close cooperation between the language commission and the Ministry of Education is essential.
