The competition consisted of two stages and covered the subjects "Kyrgyz Language" (grades 1–12), "Geography," and "History" (grades 7–12).
In the first stage, a special commission was formed to analyze the participants' resumes, their professional experience, as well as their scientific and methodological achievements and level of competence.
The second stage included the defense of projects by candidates who presented their developments based on the proposed assignment in offline and online formats.
As a result of the competition:
- for "Geography," 10 applications were submitted, and all 10 authors were selected;
- for "History," 16 applications were received, from which 8 authors were chosen;
- for "Kyrgyz Language," 24 applications were received, and 5 authors were selected.
As a result of the competition for the subject "Kyrgyz Language," there arose a need to attract additional authors.
The competition for selecting authors and developers of textbooks was announced on October 10, 2025.
