Deputy Tabyldy Muratbekov pointed out that multi-story buildings are actively being constructed in the area of the southern highway, but there are no social facilities. He asked what measures the Ministry of Construction plans to take to address this issue and whether the construction of educational institutions will be provided.

In response, the deputy minister noted that his department is working on this task in collaboration with the Bishkek city administration. He also reminded that the parliament recently approved an agreement for the construction of 20 new schools in Bishkek, including educational institutions in the area of the southern highway.

Additionally, he added that according to current regulations, kindergartens must be located on the ground floors of residential buildings.

“Without the presence of a school and kindergarten, new facilities will not be able to obtain approval,” emphasized the deputy minister.
