President Sadyr Japarov emphasized the significance of the "Akyiman" lyceum in the context of combating regional divisions in Kyrgyzstan during his conversation with the Kabar agency.

“We launched the 'Akyiman' lyceum two to three years ago to bring together talented and successful students from the northern and southern regions. The education takes place in a boarding school format in Cholpon-Ata. In the next 2-3 years, we plan to complete the construction of similar schools in all regions of the country, and ultimately there will be 7-8 of them,” the president noted.

According to him, in these educational institutions, children from different regions study together, which promotes their integration. “For example, in Cholpon-Ata, kids from all corners of the country study together, and there will be the same model in Osh — knowledge will be accessible to children from all regions,” he added.

Sadyr Japarov stated that graduates of these schools, as well as higher educational institutions, will be able to enter public service without obstacles.

“Last year, I initiated a bill that has already come into effect. This was done to ensure that graduates of 'Akyiman' have jobs in the future, even if I leave my position and this law is repealed,” he explained.

The president emphasized that the state is investing funds in the education of these talented children, who will take their places in government structures in 5-6 years. “They will be the future personnel capable of uniting Kyrgyzstan,” concluded Sadyr Japarov.
