The specialists of the Environmental Monitoring Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Kyrgyzstan successfully passed international tests called "Coal-2025-1," which took place in Moscow. This was reported by the ministry itself.
During the inter-laboratory comparative tests, as reported by the ministry, the experts demonstrated high accuracy in their research, confirming that the coal quality analyses meet the industry's strictest requirements.
In addition, alongside the professional development of its staff, the ministry ensured the full readiness of its instrumental base. All measuring equipment of the department underwent state calibration within the established deadlines, and the laboratory equipment received certification and calibration at the Center for Standardization and Metrology.
According to the ministry, this leads to an increase in staff qualifications and minimizes the risk of errors in environmental expertise due to the perfect calibration of the equipment.
For the state and entrepreneurs, this promises:
- objective control of coal quality and emissions during combustion;
- legal protection of research results in case of disputes;
- transparency in monitoring the state of the environment.
The ministry continues to implement a policy of systematic improvement of environmental and technical supervision quality by introducing modern control methods and maintaining the technical base at the level of international standards.
