- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 87.34 soms, sale — 87.8 soms.
Euro:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 101.9099 soms (a decrease of 0.2 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 101.24 soms, sale — 102.24 soms.
Russian Ruble:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 1.1443 soms (an increase of 1.12 percent). This is the third consecutive record figure for the ruble this year.
- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 1.132 soms, sale — 1.156 soms.
Kazakh Tenge:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 0.1733 soms (a decrease of 1.03 percent). After reaching a December maximum, the Kazakh currency sharply decreased in value.
- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 0.1519 soms, sale — 0.1801 soms.
Chinese Yuan:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 12.3695 soms (a decrease of 0.01 percent).
- Average rate in exchange offices: purchase — 12.05 soms, sale — 12.7 soms.
