Imports from Central Asian countries to China increased by 14% and reached 35.1 billion dollars

According to the message from the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China in Kyrgyzstan, Liu Jiangping, the volume of imports from Central Asia to China has increased by 14% over the past year, reaching 35.1 billion dollars. He noted that the structure of imports is becoming increasingly diverse, including not only traditional resources but also growing volumes of chemical products, metallurgical goods, and agricultural products.

Additionally, more than 4,000 companies from Central Asia have gained access to the Chinese market. "More than 100 types of agricultural and food products have been officially approved for supply, and more quality goods from our region are appearing on the tables of Chinese consumers," the ambassador added.
