The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry is conducting a series of activities aimed at modernizing and equipping farmers with agricultural machinery.
Since 2011, thanks to the initiatives of the ministry and the support of the cabinet of ministers, 7 leasing projects have been implemented within the framework of OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank".
These projects allow farmers to obtain agricultural machinery and equipment for the processing industry on lease for a period of up to 7 years at an interest rate of 6% under preferential conditions.
To date, with government support, farmers have been provided with 9,863 units of equipment totaling 27.9 billion soms, including 2,853 units worth 9.8 billion soms issued in 2025.
These initiatives play an important role in ensuring quality mechanized services and developing agriculture in the country.
