Construction sites have been identified in Bishkek that do not have a single passport.
According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Construction, the city management of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department discovered several sites that are not registered in the registry and lack a single passport.
During the inspections, it was established that passports were not issued for the following addresses:
- Ankara Street, 1/7
- Tokmok Street, 156 and 37
As a result of the inspection, administrative measures were taken against the developers LLC "Level", LLC "Ai-Group", and LLC "A-Plus", and control actions are ongoing.

A single construction passport serves as a document certifying the legality of the construction of the object and contains all necessary information, including a QR code. It is issued in accordance with established state standards and must be displayed at every construction site across the country.
