The license for the construction activities of the company OsOO "Aalam Stroy" has been suspended for 90 days.
This decision was the result of an inspection conducted by the Ministry of Construction.
During the inspection carried out at the company's sites located at: Ankara Street, 2, 3/6, and 3a, numerous violations of current construction norms and safety standards were discovered. This concerns more than ten blocks of the residential complex that is under construction.
It was also established that the company was conducting inspections of construction stages in private laboratories and unlawfully handed over individual blocks of the facility to investors for operation.
As a result of the inspection, OsOO "Aalam Stroy" was fined more than 3 million soms for over a dozen blocks of the complex.
