The current purchase price of raw milk with a fat content of 3.4%, which processing enterprises buy from farmers, varies within 48 soms depending on the region. This information was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the data obtained, in the Chui region, the price of milk ranges from 35 to 47 soms, in the Talas region — from 32 to 41 soms, and in the Issyk-Kul region — from 34 to 48 soms.
It should be noted that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, adopted on December 2, 2024, under number 724, the procedure for determining the price of raw milk is based on a basic fat content of 3.4%.
