At its last meeting, the Jogorku Kenesh supported the initiative to amend the Code on non-tax revenues.
This information was announced by Ruslan Suynaliev, Deputy Minister of Finance.
As the authors of the bill emphasize, its goal is to improve the procedure for repaying state loans. In particular, it is proposed to introduce the possibility of making payments through terminals, ATMs, and online services, which will expand the existing provision on cash payments and simplify the process for borrowers.
