
The State Tax Service has announced the start of its campaign for the acceptance of the unified tax declaration for 2025.
According to information from the agency, this campaign will take place in two stages: legal entities, as well as state and municipal employees, must submit their declarations by April 1, while individuals and individual entrepreneurs have until May 1.
By the April 1 deadline, the following categories are required to submit their tax declarations:
– domestic organizations, except for those funded from the state budget and having no tax obligations for property tax for the reporting period;
– foreign companies that operate in the territory of Kyrgyzstan and have a permanent establishment;
– state and municipal employees;
– members of the Council for the Selection of Judges, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the Board of the National Bank;
By May 1, the following must submit their declarations:
– individual entrepreneurs (except for those working in trade zones with special regimes, on a patent basis, at unified tax rates of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%, as well as peasant (farm) households without legal entity status);
– citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in international organizations and in diplomatic or consular institutions of foreign states located in the country;
– individuals who received taxable income from which income tax was not withheld for the reporting period.
Other categories of individuals, including those wishing to receive social or property deductions, may submit their tax declarations on a voluntary basis.
The submission of tax declarations is carried out in electronic format through the Taxpayer Cabinet on the website Cabinet.salyk.kg.
The declaration must include information about income and expenses, economic activities, property objects, land plots, as well as the amount of tax obligations paid for the reporting period.
